Integration with
Microsoft Office Accounting Professional 2008
TriSys has a set of new queries which enable financial
information held in Microsoft
Office Accounting Professional 2008 to be retrieved and displayed in TriSys
company records.
Invoices, credit notes and payment history are all available
allowing recruiters to more accurately understand their business relationships
with their customers.
When configured, the financial information is available from
within the company form on a new tab entitled ‘Invoices/Payments’:

In
the ‘Invoices/Credit Notes’ grid, all invoices or credit notes raised against
the customer are displayed with totals (with and without VAT).
The
‘Payments’ grid shows all payments which have been received and entered into
the accounting system.
In
order to provide a summary of this information, additional total fields can be
added to the company form:

These
fields show the total amount paid by the customer and the amount which has been
invoiced. If the customer has outstanding unpaid invoices, the amount is shown
in a red box to warn the consultant.
