TriSys Web Candidate CV Builder

 

During Q1 2007 the CV builder module was added to TriSys Web Candidate.

 

This new module provides a wizard style interface that allows candidates to complete information on their candidate record and subsequently generate a CV from it. The CV will then be held against the Candidates record, indexed and therefore searchable using the standard contact search mechanism. In addition the CV can then be made available to the candidate if required.

 

 

TriSys Web Candidate can also be set to take newly registered candidates directly to the CV Builder page if they did not upload a CV during the registration process.

 

 

Once the candidate has completed all of the details and reaches the end of the wizard they will be presented with the option of downloading their newly created CV. This is optional and can be disabled if you do not want the candidates to have access to the CV.

 

 

 

By default the CV builder will create a word document for the candidates CV, but this can be changed to create a HTML or Text document. In order to do this you will need to contact TriSys technical support.

 

Once the CV is created it is held against the candidate’s record in the same way as any other CV and can be viewed from within TriSys by clicking the open button next to the CV field.
