CV Marketing Call Action: We have now developed a marketing CV Call action which records that a client has been contacted by phone regarding the suitability of numerous candidates on the TriSys database. This action can be run from any list of client contacts or candidates (e.g. requirement candidate search, client search).

On-Line Help Desk: In addition to our telephone support, we have now upgraded our on-line help desk system which now provides the following:

• Secure login

• Update contact details - phone numbers/e-mail addresses etc..

• Log a new support request

• View/edit existing support requests

• Request TriSys license keys

• Request remote assistance
