E-Mail Processor: Our 'lights-out' e-mail processor is under development. Thanks to those customers who provided feedback on this functionality. The e-mail processor will provide intelligent management including routeing, allocation, CV/vacancy parsing and searching of both incoming and outgoing e-mail.

E-Mail Actions: E-Mail actions can now be driven entirely from templates. The template folder can contain references to other files so that for example signatures can be added to all e-mails, but be centrally edited in one place.

Client Meeting Action: This action has been upgraded and now generates an HTML template driven e-mail which includes the date/time and location of the meeting.

Export Contacts to Outlook Action: This action has been reworked and can now export all contact and company related information in a variety of CSV formats which can be read by Excel. An option now exists to create an export file which can be read by Outlook to populate its contacts list.

TriSys ASP: We have almost completed the migration of all Windows 2000 users onto our powerful Windows 2003 servers. Remaining users will be migrated this coming weekend. TriSys 6.01 containing V7 preview features is now available exclusively to ASP customers.
