Build: 7.04.014

02 Apr 2008

  1. TriSys Web Client now sends call back request Emails correctly.

  2. TriSys Web Client can now be configured to mask candidate identities (App.config, General section, Hide Candidate Names=True).

  3. Requirements can now be cloned using the clone requirement button. To implement this on an upgrade add a button to the Requirement form with the function "CloneRequirement".

  4. The Email processor can now be made to ignore all internal Emails based upon the domain by providing the following system setting:
    "EMAIL: Internal Domain" For example '@TriSys.biz'

  1. Virtual forms are cached in the same way as standard forms.

  2. The grid now raises a modified event to the script/dll layer whenever the user modifies the layout.

  3. The timesheet form now operates correctly when forms caching is enabled.

  1. A new field can now be added to the contact record which will display the skills the current contact has from a given category in a read only fashion.
    In order to enable this a new field named "SkillPreview" should be added to the contact form of type text, read only, multi-line.
    A new system setting has been added to specify the category that should be displayed:

    "CONTACT: Skill Preview Category" For example 'IT Skills'

  2. The new call action can now update the called contact's status and availability date, provided only a single contact is called.
    In order to enable this the reference fields "ContactConfigFields.Status" and "ContactConfigFields.AvailabilityDate" must be added to the action form.

  3. Requirements now record search history into a new table, including information such as the search criteria, the user who ran it and number of results.
    This history can then be viewed by System Administrators.
    In order to enable this the 'ReqSearches' form must be imported into the database, and a new button must be added to the Requirement form 'ViewSearchHistory'.

  1. Carriage returns in an address now get replaced with the correct seperator when and address is formatted. For example, addresses output to HTML will have carriage returns in the street replaced with the appropriate tag.

  2. In order to minimise screen refreshes the activity alarm pop ups no longer fade in and out when running in a Terminal Services/Citrix environment as this can cause performance issues.

  3. Changes made to make the application behave correctly in when "Retain forms in memory" is turned on. Specifically the application will handle tabs correctly, and no longer prompt to save changes when re-using a form that was previously hidden.

  4. The Exchange Synchronisation tool's thread check has been improved to update the UI with the timeout status.

  1. The Outlook COM Add In dialog now lists all recipeints and the sender so that the Email can be associated with different contacts (Requires new COM Add in).

  2. The Outlook COM Add In dialog now allows the user to specify the type of the task that is created when the "Record Email as Note/History" option is selected.
    This is intended for use in scenarios such as Fax via Email.

  1. The system now allows rebooking of a temp requirement that is already a rebook.

  2. Initial loading of the booking sheet is now significantly faster.

  3. Document indexer now defaults to 2 hour intervals.

  4. The Exchange Synchronisation tool now has an option to skip Emails if the export file already exists.

  5. The Exchange Synchronisation tool now has a timeout check to see if any threads have gone AWOL.

  6. The Exchange Synchronisation tool shutdown process has been improved to ensure that all threads are immeditely stopped.

  7. The Exchange Synchronisation tool is now a single instance app, preventing problems when multiple instances are run.

  8. Added a Requirement Summary to the Requirement Form, this is dependant on the Controls:

    RequirementSummary, Type(DocumentPreview), Read Only, Not Visible
    RequirementSummary, Type(Button), Visible (to be placed on the Shortlist Tab)

    And the System Setting:

    "Requirement Summary Template" Which points to an html document saved on the local network

    This is populated from the Views v_RequirementSummary and v_RequirementCandidateSummary.

  9. Tasks can now be scheduled for durations outside of those available in the drop down menu. For example a task can be sheduled for 90 minutes, 2.5 hours and so on.
    Outside of an hour this needs to be in 30 minute units (IE: 2.34 hours will not be accepted, but 2.5 will).

  10. Tasks can now be linked to entities via the link tab without first associating the task to a contact.

  1. Major overhaul of the product including several bug fixes and enhancements.

  2. A new system setting has been added which results in the user being prompted for a skill when a task is cleared.
    This specifies the task type and the relevant skill category, multiple entries can be made.
    The selected skill will be added to the task and is therefore searchable etc.

    1. "TASK: Skill prompt on clear" For example "Telephone Call,Call Outcome"
