Overview

Designed for technical users with an advanced knowledge of TriSys who wish to design and customise forms, fields, actions as well as writing sophisticated reports using SQL.

 

Prerequisites

·          Attended TriSys CRM introduction course

·          Knowledge of structured query language (SQL)

 

Objectives

The course is designed for sophisticated users or system administrators of TriSys who wish to extend the system to achieve the following:

 

·          Design and layout data entry forms

·          Customise and add new fields

·          Customise actions and associated templates and documents

·          Learn the TriSys SQL Server database schema

·          Write TriSys SQL queries

·          Integrate SQL queries with report designer

·          Customise report column layouts, sorting, filtering, grouping and totals
